Will this be accepted?
We check basic photo requirements and crop to the US 2 × 2 format. We cannot guarantee acceptance. Government staff make the final decision. Check that your hair, eyes and shoulders look right before paying.
What photo should I upload?
Any phone selfie works, in any room. Face the camera in good light with both eyes open and a natural expression. Remove glasses and hats. Show your whole head, your neck and some shoulders. Use a photo taken in the last six months.
Do you change my face or background?
We replace your background with plain white, then crop and size your photo. We do not retouch your face, skin or hair. The State Department does not accept photos that change how you look, and staff make the final decision. If the preview does not look like you, do not buy it.
What do I receive?
A 600 × 600 pixel JPEG for online renewal, plus a 1800 × 1200 pixel print sheet. Print the sheet as a 4 × 6 photo at actual size, with no fit-to-page scaling. Printing costs extra and vary by store. The digital JPEG is between 54 KB and 240 KB, within the online renewal and DS-160 upload limits. Always follow the instructions shown by your application.
Can I use this for USCIS or a visa?
The print sheet uses the US 2 × 2 inch format used by many paper visa and USCIS applications. Follow the instructions for your specific form. Some applications use biometrics or have separate digital upload rules. This tool does not submit any application.
How do refunds work?
Use Refund me on your download page within 30 days. No explanation is needed. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your receipt email includes the download and refund link.
How private are my photos?
No account is needed. We process your photo to check it and make your files. Our private storage deletes photos within 24 hours. We send a reduced copy to fal for checks and to remove the background, with storage disabled. Keep your download link private. Payment records remain with Stripe.
